Celebrate the season with the joyous sound of holiday music and sweeping views of city lights over Lincoln Center.  

Stephane Wrembel, Olli Soikkeli along with guest stars, will perform holiday classics and Django inspired pieces fireside from the Empire Hotel Roof Lounge for their 3rd Annual Sounds of the Season Christmas Concert. 

All guests will enjoy a complimentary Candycane Martini.

About Diane: p
Created through flourishes of both the knife and the brush, Diane Detalle’s work is rich in vitality and honesty. Each of her paintings becomes an intimate portrayal of her state of mind, a true reflection of her psychology at the moment of committing body and soul to the canvas.

Born in the East of France , Diane Detalle grew up on the French Riviera and graduated in business management before moving to Paris, London and then New York, where she worked in the finance sector. Having come to live and work around the world, it is no small accident that her work reflects a genuine richness and variety.

"My paintings directly mirror my own life. Why? Because in my life, as in my paintings, I’m driven by the two forces I prize above all else: passion and spontaneity. Six years ago I was working as a banker in New York and now I find myself exhibiting my paintings in Argentina, Brazil or Italy!"

In its simplicity and vividness many have compared Detalle’s work to that of Mark Rothko, whilst others have drawn parallels with Jackson Pollock. Such comparisons aside, Detalle is destined to carry on creating original art that is a direct reflection of her life and spirit: free, energetic, passionate and, ultimately spontaneous.

Diane lives and works between New York and London.

About Mark:
His work encompasses everything from traditional photography to photo design. With his family’s background in architecture and the arts, and Mark’s own abstract point of view, he has developed a unique perspective to his photography that captures a moment, the moment of a sense of movement and energy, provoking an emotional response. Ecoagents works deep in the Amazon rainforest and is presently operating in the province of Paztaza Ecuador, which borders Peru, working with the communities located on the Curaray River, a tributary of the Amazon River.Ecoagents need clothing donations for the people in the regions they are currently working with.

We are looking for abstract, modern pieces. Paintings, photographs, sculptures etc will all be considered.  Below are the details for our art series.  If you have artists in mind PLEASE forward and share this information.


Artist Requirements and Details:

Artist must present a minimum of 8 pieces.
Artist / curators retain and are responsible for 100% of their art sales.
Artist must email NYC: Invitations images (jpg / high res not required) of art work for approval in advance. Art work that is not approved in advance may not be shown at our events.
Artist supplies installation and lighting to best show their work.
Artist must sign a liability release.
Artist should invite existing clientele to the event.

NYC: Invitations creates online marketing materials to promote the art event.
NYC: Invitations direct emails 35,000+ New Yorkers interested in Art Events to about the evening.
NYC: Invitations may provide drink specials, live jazz bands or other promotions for these art events.
NYC: Invitations retains the right to enforce certain guest list criteria.
