At Unlock Foundation's three partner schools in rural Africa, most students are forced to share textbooks with three or four classmates, and some classrooms have no textbooks at all. Without this crucial investment in learning materials and resources, these students are unable to follow lectures in class, complete homework assignments, and study for exams, all of which hinders their academic success.

Join us on Wednesday, September 19 for our One Child, One Textbook fundraiser, and help us provide new locally-published textbooks to our partner schools in Namibia and Ghana.
The event will be held at Toro, a lounge located in The Smyth Hotel in Tribeca. Included in your ticket is unlimited wine and beer from 7:30 - 9pm and free appetizers! Spend the evening catching up with old friends, making new friends, and learning more about Unlock Foundation's projects and recent successes. You will even have the opportunity to write your own messages of encouragement to the students we serve!
